Mr. Dore Scott Perler (47) is the Director of Sales of Big Tree Toys, Inc. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mr. Perler oversees the function of sales, marketing, and business development for Big Tree Toys. Mr. Perler brings over 25 years experience in management, sales, marketing, and technology development. Mr. Perler, since 1998 has been the CEO and President of Sense Holdings, Inc, a biometric technology developer providing security solutions to corporate, government, and private sector clients. Clients include Federal Express, U.S. Army, Dept of Corrections and American Airlines. From 1996 to 1998, Mr. Perler was VP of Sales for Ansel Communications. Under Mr. Perler’s leadership, Ansel Communications grew at the rate of 35% from 1996 through 1998 and established key account relationships with Ingram Micro, Tech Data Corp, Intcomex, CHS Electronics, DinExim and FANY America. From 1993 to 1996, Mr. Perler was the VP of Sales and Marketing for LatinRep Associates/ LatinChannels, Inc. Mr. Perler helped develop the company’s organizational infrastructure, designed business processes and operating procedures, planned and executed strategies, recruited and managed professional staff, and created and implemented marketing and business development campaigns. Mr. Perler grew up in New York and attended the State University at Oneonta, Oneonta, New York from 1978 to1981. Mr. Perler has also been a contributing speaker and columnist in the fields of biometric technology and explosives detection.

Wei Lin, On-site General Manager

Mr. Wei Lin (36) is the on-site general manager of Big Tree Toys, Inc. in Shantou City, Guangdong Province in China since January 2007. Mr. Lin oversees day-to-day operations, production management, quality control, and third party OEM management. Mr. Lin has extensive network and experience in the China Toy Industry. Before Joining Big Tree Toys, Inc., Mr. Lin founded and served as General Manager of a toy export and import company Shantou Dashu Toy Corporation, Ltd, from Nov 2003 to Jan 2007. From Jun 2001 to Aug 2003, Mr. Lin served as Director and Vice General Manager of Guangdong Bao Qianli Electronic Corp, Ltd. an OEM manufacturer for TOYANI security equipment and system; Mr. Lin generated over $6.3 million in sales during his tenure. From May 2000 to Aug 2003, Mr. Lin was General Manager for Shanghai Xikang Electronic Technology Co. Ltd, a company that develops and distributes mobile phone network software. From Nov 1996 to Mar 2000, Mr. Lin served as General Manager of Guangdong Guangtong Call Center Yuedong Branch. Under Mr. Lin’s leadership, the company became the largest call center in Yuedong Area. From Sept 1994 to Oct 1996, Mr. Lin was Manager Assistant of Shantou Telecom, a government-owned telecommunications company. Mr. Lin holds MBA degree from China Central South University.
